About Green Tech Asia 2010
Malaysian International Exhibition on Environment Protection, Sustainable Energy and Cleaning Technology.
This is the flagship event of the year for those who believe in promoting a greener, healthier and sustainable planet. Our aim is to protect the environment, promote energy saving and fight climate changes.
GreenTechAsia 2010 is an initiative to mobilize public and private actions and support for effective ‘green’ policies, investments in renewable energy, reducing wastage, combating climate change and most of all, creating a new generation of environment-loving society.
40th Anniversary Earth Day
Now - more than ever - is the time to galvanize and empower individuals to effect meaningful personal changes toward a sustainable future. Earth Day Network is poised to help bring to fruition the domestic and international public’s desire to participate, as individuals, in what might become historic advances in climate policy.
It is the most important and effective event for promoting a healthy and sustainable planet. The objectives are to re-energize, grow and diversify the environment movement through education, politics, events and consumer activism.
We will embark on a series of green initiatives targeted at the masses. GreenTechAsia 2010 also pledges to work closely in supporting other green programmes and contribute generously to worthy green causes.

Since its opening in mid 1997, the Malaysia International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC), supported by a team of dedicated professionals, has emerged as Malaysia's premier exhibition venue, having hosted a multitude of major events, both regional and international.
Superb facilities together with a friendly customer oriented approach makes it the most natural choice for some of the world's most important and elaborate events. We are proud to list among them prestigious national and international events.
Ample space, elegant interiors and cosy furnishings with a built up area of 1,552 m2 of seminar and meeting areas coupled with state-of-the-art facilities, ideal location, professional and accommodating personnel as well as a complementing golf course, 5 star hotels and resorts, amusement park and shopping centre, MIECC is the perfect venue for any type of event - be them small or large, formal or casual.
MIECC is not only a venue for exhibitions and conventions. It is also as an ideal place for private banquets, concerts, symposiums and theme parties with a capacity to hold 10,000 persons comfortably and 8,000 persons for sit down banquets. MIECC boasts of its own culinary and banquet team catering to various palates and requirements.
